We proudly present atlases, templates, probabalistic tissue maps from sheep and dog to enable quantitative analysis of MRI datasets. The data were tested appropriately with SPM(8/12), but may work also with other software such as FSL.

The ovine unbiased population-averaged standard MR template and tissue probabilities provide a common stereotaxic reference framework, along with MRI post-processing.
